I called the support phone number, and they were very nice and sent me a replacement - they sent me the Epson Stylus NX printer. I love the Epson printer,it has so many features my other didn't have. My laptop, however, is on my coffee table in my great room where I listen to music and watch TV, and this Epson is on the back corner of this large!
