Pulled from working Dell Latitude C Laptop. I was able to muddle through after a couple of trial and errors this evening. The laptop comes with the brand new battery and its former old dead battery. When I close the program and reopen it, it again shows that the radio is turned off. The laptop v840 now coming with a free laptop bag Come on, somebody buy this thing!

Overall, this was great help. Also shop in Netwrok shop in. If your wireless card stopped working you can replace it with a new one. Could You help me by any ideas about that?
