Force windows to use the driver from VIA. It didn't work, because always reported that nothing is plugged in. I attached the alsa-info. The headphones are working at a very, very low level.

The device doesn't have an internal mic. And, if I have to retask, is it enough to use hda-jack-retask or do I have to change settings somewhere else?

If you go to the Fujitsu website and search for drivers soune your laptop, you can see that Windows 7 is unsupported. Not an IT pro? Promote cracked software, or other illegal content Offensive: Tried using chipset driver. But the sound still only comes from the headphones.
